You can order via WhatsApp by messaging us here. Simply share your product selection, delivery address, and contact details, and we will process your order.

Yes! If you need bulk orders for events, weddings, or corporate gifting, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email (support@forevercrafts.store) for pricing and delivery timelines.

📦 Shipping time depends on product availability:
  • Ready-to-ship products:
    • Within Guwahati: 🚀 6-8 hours
    • Outside Guwahati (India-wide): 10-12 working days (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays)
  • Made-to-order products:
    • 10-12 working days (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays)
⏳ Orders will not be expedited or canceled once placed.

  • Standard shipping across India: ₹100 (may vary for oversized products).
  • We use DTDC, Shiprocket, Swiggy Genie (for Guwahati), or India Speed Post, depending on service availability.

Yes! You will receive your tracking ID within 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

Once a package leaves our studio, delivery timelines depend on our courier partners. Any delays due to connectivity issues are beyond our control.

❌ Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

We offer refunds only for products that are broken/damaged in transit. To claim a refund:
  • 📹 Record an unboxing video and send it to our WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  • 📦 Ship the damaged product back within 48 hours (we will cover return shipping costs).
  • 💰 Once reviewed, we will process the refund.

❌ No, we do not provide exchanges or returns. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Since our packaging undergoes transit handling, bouquet wrapping is not eligible for refunds if slightly crumpled despite bubble wrapping.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
  • 📦 The customer must bear the RTO and re-shipping charges (₹100).
  • 🚚 The order will not be dispatched again until the full fee is paid.
  • Delays in payment will further delay redelivery.

We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and Paytm. The payment details will be shared once your order is confirmed.

If your order qualifies for a refund (damaged product), we will process it within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
